This fall, subject matter experts from Health Policy News will host a webinar series on State health policy activity. As states plan for their upcoming legislative sessions, we will explore recent State efforts to stabilize and support their insurance markets that could be models across the country.
- On Tuesday September 25th at 1:30 pm EST, we will host a webinar on state reactions to the Association Health Plan and Short-Term Limited-Duration Insurance Final Rules. We will review the recent Federal Rules and examine activity in states including executive orders, regulatory changes, and litigation.
- On Tuesday October 9th at 2:30 pm EST, we will host a webinar on state initiatives relative to Medicaid Buy-In Public Options. We will outline the history of the public option and Medicaid buy-in programs, examine implications and considerations for states, and highlight recent developments at the State and Federal level.
Both webinars will include a presentation from subject matter experts and a Q&A on state efforts and options.
